I bought this because I was tired of constantly emptying my 16 gallon shop vac during large jobs where a lot of water was to be sucked up. The positives of this large 32 gallon shop vac is that (obviously) you don't have to empty it very often. This makes for much faster work in a large spill situation. The second advantage is the two real wheels are pneumatic, and larger than on other units. Add the handle and it becomes the most maneuverable shop vac they make.

Now the negative:
The attachments are ill fitted to this machine. The hose is a smaller diameter than the smaller machines, and the attachments only fit with an enclosed adapter. This adapter has a very make-shift feel since it tends to want to come loose. Some of the enclosed attachments do not attach at all to the extension tubes so they can only be used on the hose itself, which limits their use. A competing brand uses quick-connect attachments that lock in place, and work well with the extension tubes or directly on the hose. Another negative is that this large expensive machine uses the same size motor it found on their smaller machines. One would think they would give you more power for the cost of this large machine.
