I'm pretty easy to please and have never written a negative review before now. Our box of cleaning spray was completely damaged when it arrived to our home; three of the six bottles had opened up inside the box and the entire box was soaked through with cleaning product. We couldn't even bring the box indoors, and threw it away immediately. Three bottles of liquid were completely gone, so I contacted Nutricity for a replacement of those bottles. They responded that without a picture of the damaged box they would not refund or replace the damaged items. Obviously we couldn't take a photo as it was two days later and the box had been put in the trash right away. I explained this to Nutricity Customer Service, who frankly and clearly could have cared less, and they told me--again--that they couldn't help me. I have never had this experience with any vendor in my life, and find it a terrible way to do business.
