I like this product overall: it has clean lines, no "creases" or flat spots to collect water, is smoothly finished and the controls (stopper and flow control) operate smoothly and without any flaws. The only watch out is that neck has a fairly short reach which causes the water to come out close to the very back of my sink basin. When washing your hands under the water stream, your knuckles tend to hit the back of the sink bowl. I have this faucet in my both of my bathrooms on different brand sinks (one is an American Standard sink). I should have been more alert to the product measurements when ordering, it is not a fault of the faucet.
