this faucet operates very easily, the handle is smooth, but the handle doesn't clear the top of the faucet. If you move it to the middle of the spout it "scrapes" the top of the faucet. Sooner or later I feel this will cause a problem. Moen should have put a "spacer" in the top so the handle would clear the spout. If I hadn't already installed this faucet before noticing this problem I would have returned the faucet.
