I have 2 dogs, one of which has decided that she can't hold it all night. (She's a Yorkie and if you are familiar with terriers, you know this is not surprising.) Anyway....I bought this stuff to try to take care of some stains on my carpet in the bedroom. It really worked wonders. Having never purchased this product before I did not know what to expect and I must say, I am pleasantly surprised. The odor is gone and with the exception of a couple of spots, the stains have been lifted as well. (The couple of stains that didn't come up had been there a while but I think these might have been something else.) If you have naughty pets and need to try something new to get rid of stains and odor, I would definitely recommend this.
