I do not have much experience with syringes, but these have worked very well in my applications (food - liquids or thin purees). Each syringe is individually sealed and the product comes with ten individual packs that are daisy chained together. The packaging is perforated between each pack so that each syringe pack can be easily removed from the remaining syringe packs.

The product is very easy to use and creates a good vacuum to pull liquids into the chamber. Sterility is not an issue for me, so I have been able to reuse the syringes. When the plunger is removed, both parts are relatively easy to clean with soapy water and a rinse. I've reused the same syringe many times with no sealing issues.
