It has a 12-Inch rough-in, and comes complete with coupling components and tank trim, including a right hand chrome plated metal trip lever. The bowl is an elongated siphon action jetted bowl, with a generous 9-by-8-Inch water surface area, and it comes with two color-matched bolt caps. This toilet works and economically, too. Without using very much water at all, a flush of this toilet is powerful enough to clear everything, and even clean the sides of the bowl well. When we ordered it, the tank and the bowl arrived in separate boxes. The bowl came broken. We asked to return only that box, but Amazon forced us to return both boxes. Then they shipped us only the new bowl. Then they made us return that, so that they could -- again -- ship us the two boxes again. By this time, weeks had passed and a huge amount of time, effort, and fuel for shipping had been wasted. Shame on Amazon!
