Product is junk made of cheap metal. Handles will not stay on tightly. They come loose and fall off. In fact, several months after purchase I can no longer screw the handle into its hole because the threads are poorly cut and have worn so badly. The handles themselves are not mirror images as they should be. Attention to detail is haphazard at best. Fittings are crooked. This is another poorly made product from China. Moen used to be a great company with quality products.
