I began the toilet search on Plumber Surplus, but it was either out-of-stock or special order and 3-, 4-, or 6-week delivery wait time. Amazon was also on their "Where To Buy" suppliers list, both mail-order & in-store local. Since Amazon & I go way back, you were the logical choice! The Evolution 2 performs well above expected. Flush action lever requires only a light touch, release immediately. Actual flush is just as one would expect in a better hotel/motel room, waste & water sucked down & done! Color-match tank lever was in short supply so ordering could not wait. My installing plumber advised that only clip-on fresh water fresheners can be used, if at all. Drop-in cakes can sometimes "gum up" fresh water intake hole. Our limited bath floor area dictated a 12" rough-in round bowl over elongated. American Standard brand is tops with him, so I went with that. Delivery time met/exceeded Amazon usual top-performance standards. Packing was super-secure, no breakage or other damage noted. This toilet is perfect for half-bath or any other highly-limited space area. I realize many customers are handy or like to consider themselves so, but my local plumber completed the install in about 30 minutes & hauled away the old one for minimal fee. Also, pro plumbers can spot & correct any deficiencies in the waste line, especially if consumer is replacing a really old toilet.
