It has a 12-Inch rough-in, comes complete with coupling components and tank trim, including a color-matched plastic trip lever on the right hand side. The bowl is a Right Height (rim height 16-1/2-Inch) elongated siphon action jetted bowl, with a generous 9-by-8-Inch water surface area, it comes with two color-matched bolt caps. Don't laugh. We had (no kidding) six identical toilets shipped to us by another Amazon dealer, all arrived broken thanks to marginal packing and rough handling by UPS. Because the vendor did not want them back, we ended up with spare tanks galore, and just needed a bottom to make a complete john.

Thankfully this one arrived unbroken, and we now are the happy owners and operators.

Works fine, we really like the higher seat, and it fits our difficult house that some genius plumber set at 10" rough-in. Flushes well too, we've been able to stow our plungers, which were really getting a workout with our prior commodes.
