I purchased this item in July as I was having my bathroom renovated. The construction company that did the work said that this item does not have an 'assembly'. Well, not being knowledgeable about such terminologies, I did not realize that this fact was stated in the product description since the product description stated that this item is a 'trim kit'. I did not realize that a 'trim kit' meant that it did not have an 'assembly'. I never knew what an 'assembly' was before much less a 'trim kit'. The construction worker said that he would have to go to HOME DEPOT and purchase another bath and shower faucet and use the assembly that comes from that one for the Delta Victorian tub&shower faucets that I purchased from Amazon - - - - which did not make any sense. I went to HOME DEPOT and found another bath and shower faucet[in brushed nickel] made by Kohler from "The Linwood Collection"(which a Kohler Representative told me is a new collection being offered Only by THE HOME DEPOT). If you can just buy the 'assembly' alone from Delta, that's fine, but if you have construction workers who are telling you that they have another job that they have to do after they finish this bathroom renovation, and that they're about to finish the renovation in another day or two, you try to purchase things ASAP. All the accessories that I previously purchased for the renovation were of brass and chrome to match the Delta Victorian Bath & Shower faucets. I Thank God for Amazon.com since they were able to ship out NEXT DAY items like Kohler soap dishes, towel racks, toilet paper holder that closely matched the newly chosen Bath & Shower faucets[the Linwood Collection does not have any accessories that comes with it yet since it's new so the Kohler representative told me of 2 styles that closely matched the Linwood Collection] Please note that neither HOME DEPOT or LOWES had any of the accessories I need in stock. If it weren't for Amazon mailing out the accessories next day I would have been in big trouble with the construction company since the gut job on my bathroom took 2 weeks and they were very nearly finished. Thumbs up for Amazon!
