This product when working does what it is supposed to do,however; it has broken down 3 times and I`ve had to do the warranty servicing myself under the direction of one of Clarke`s technicians in the U.S ( no one was ever sent). The controller has failed and I replaced it. The pad pressure wasn`t adjusted properly and I was the one who did the work while being coached by the salesperson who sold the machine to us. The thermal reset keeps tripping and the pad solenoid doesn`t function properly. Guess who`s going to have to replace it while being coached by the technician in the U.S. I am though happy that the parts are free. We have other Clarke machines here and so far so good. Apparently it takes quite some time to get a technician in from Toronto.
