I use this remote along with my Ivac Pro switch box that's connected to my 115 volt 1 Hp dust collector. The remote I had before, from a different Co., wasn't as rugged as this one. This is a nice size remote that's built rugged enough to drop without it breaking. The bright yellow color also aids in finding it, if you misplace it. You do have to hold the buttons down for a second or two to be sure that it activates. I did my research before purchase on the Ivac line and as far as I could tell their products are the best built and most reliable ones to be found.
