Im a housekeeper and the concept of this mop is great, BUT..... I have bought about 6 of these in the last 8 yrs. and with-in a year
they all broke in the same spot, and the warranty has run out, and the price was $125, and they have just keep going up in price.
The velcro on this new mop head is NOT deep enough to hold the pad on, like all the old ones. This is a great item to same time
on a larger floor, that is why I have kept buying this product, I wish they would fix the breakage problem!
