The plumbers put the rough-in toilet flange too close to the wall for a normal size toilet. It was in a concrete floor. The 10" rough-in toilet was perfect for this application as I only had 9.5" from the center of the toilet flange/drain to the back wall. The actual bowl is a normal size. the tank is small and is actually lower profiled and looks nicer than a normal size bowl. It does not come with a toilet seat. It did come with mounting bolts and the plastic snap on bolt covers.I am very satisfied with this product. It came packaged to survive a fall from a 2nd floor window.
